*Stephanie Hanson, CA-

  Front Desk

Stephanie has worked with the HCWC team since 2006 and is our trusted and efficient Front Desk CA. Stephanie is the first person you will see when you walk in the door and is happy to assist patients with any questions they may have.

*Jason Pelletier, CA- 

Patient Advocate

Jason has been a member of the HCWC team since 2003 and is the Patient Advocate CA.  Jason works with patients to ensure that they understand thier insurance benefits and care plans, answers general questions, and offers coaching through the cycle of care.  Jason also has experience with patient flow and front desk, so chances are you will see his smiling face on your visit as well!

*Brenda Pinkham, CA-

  Billing                    

Brenda has been a member of the HCWC team since 2001 and is also a Billing CA.  Brenda is an expert with multiple insurance types and works closly with Gloria to ensure quality coverage information for our patients.  Brenda spends her time on the second level of the building so you may only sneak a peak of her now and then!

* Lynnette Conroy, CA-

Billing

Lynnette has been a member of the HCWC team since 2004.  Once our trusted Front Desk CA, Lynnette has now become a vauluable member of our Billing department.  Lynnette is also the proud new mother of a baby boy, Quinn!

*Alaine Pinkham, Bookeeper

*Samantha Slocum

Director of Community Outreach & Marketing

Samantha is the newest member to join the HCWC team in 2007 and focuses her time on building relationships with community members and businesses.  Samantha enjoys empowering individuals through education on Health and Wellness and loves the opportunity to arrange for the doctors to visit local organizations as well to educate employees on these topics.  When Samantha is not out in the community she is found working on the second floor; although she loves to pop in downstairs from time to time and chat with the patients!
