*Stephanie Hanson, CA-

  Front Desk

Stephanie has worked with the HCWC team since 2006 and is our trusted and efficient Front Desk CA. Stephanie is the first person you will see when you walk in the door and is happy to assist patients with any questions they may have.

*Jason Pelletier, CA- 

Patient Advocate

Jason has been a member of the HCWC team since 2003 and is the Patient Advocate CA.  Jason works with patients to ensure that they understand thier insurance benefits and care plans, answers general questions, and offers coaching through the cycle of care.  Jason is also excited to have started a new Rehabilitation program!  

*Shannon Snell, CA-

 Patient Flow                

Shannon is the newest memeber of the HCWC team and is a wonderful addition for both staff and patients.  Shannon is excited to be working closely with each and every patient to ensure a fast and efficient visit and you are sure to see her smiling face while you are at the office. 

* Lynnette Conroy, CA-

Billing

Lynnette has been a member of the HCWC team since 2004.  Once our trusted Front Desk CA, Lynnette has now become a vauluable member of our Billing department and is sure to answer any questions you may have.   

 *Alaine Pinkham

Bookeeper

Alaine is a wonderful support to the HCWC office, helping to keep us organized and up-to-date.  Alaine works closely with the doctors and all staff to ensure that everything runs smooth!

*Samantha Martin

Director of Community Outreach & Marketing

Samantha joined the HCWC team in 2007 and focuses her time on building relationships with community members and businesses.  Samantha enjoys empowering individuals through education on Health and Wellness and loves the opportunity to arrange for the doctors to visit local organizations as well to educate employees on these topics.  When Samantha is not out in the community she is found working on the second floor; although she loves to pop in downstairs from time to time and chat with the patients!
